Art as Therapy

As someone navigating depression, PTSD, and anxiety, painting is more than a creative process; it's my sanctuary. In this piece, I created a safe, peaceful space for both the child and adult within me. A space to simply be, to feel loved, free, and whole. As always, this place is the beach, with its powdery white sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and healing energy. The gentle, frothy waves kiss the shore, grounding me in the present.
