COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors
and that everyone sees these colors differently, colors may vary.
We try to edit our photos to show the paintings as life-like as possible,
but please understand that the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.
We cannot guarantee that the colors you see accurately portray the true colors of the paintings.

SHIPPING POLICIES
All works are wrapped in protective shipping materials and sent in a rigid cardboard box.
Orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please allow 1 week for processing and 1-2 weeks for delivery.
All artworks are insured for their value during shipping.
Should any artwork be lost or damaged, please contact us.
Once the shipper pays out the insurance claim, we can offer refunds for the ordered painting.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so
that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Do not throw away the packaging until after a thorough check of the state of the painting.
When the painting arrives in perfect condition please recycle or dispose of the packaging as you see fit.

RETURN POLICY
There are no refunds offered on original art and commissions.
Refunds are only accepted when the item has been damaged in shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
LOCAL PICK-UP
Contact us to schedule a pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery (or more if it gets held up in customs).
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy. We will not use your e-mail ID and name other than send you newsletters (if you have subscribed) or contact you in reference to issues (currently open or open in the past between you and Ana Hefco Art).
We will not share your personal data (e.g. E-mail id, Contact Number with any third party that is not related to Ana Hefco Art)
We may display some paid advertisements on the website, which may lead you to some external websites.
We are not responsible for the content of the external websites.
You can choose to opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
Our newsletters will always include a link for opting out anytime. As soon as you opt out we will remove your e-mail ID from our database.
